Sold a home in 2012.
Jon Kroll came highly recommended to us back in 2001 when we opted to sell our first home. Jon worked quickly and closely with us - he sold our home in 1 day and then helped us to purchase our second home. We knew then that we had made the right choice in choosing Jon as our agent. Just this year (2012), we decided that the time had come once again to sell our second home and purchase our next home. Again we called upon Jon to to help us - and again he sold our home in 1 day. At the same time, he worked non-stop to help us facilitate the purchase of our third home. Jon is extremely knowledgeable and carries with him a vast wealth of experience. He has an intricate working knowledge of real estate and his experience enables him to know exactly what needs to be done in order to achieve a successful outcome. He truly listens to the needs of his clients, recommends the best path to take and then follows through to completion. We have recommended Jon Kroll to our family and friends many times in the past and we continue to do so today!!!

Helped me rent a Condo home in Boynton Beach, FL.
My husband & I were in the process of relocating from CO to FL and Jon was our Realtor. Jon sent us listings that met the critera we were looking for and met us on a moments notice several days in a row to show us the properties we selected. Jon was extremely knowledgeable regarding the local area, he listened to what we expressed we wanted and saved us a lot of time by narrowing down the properties. Jon was VERY personable and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He worked VERY hard and found us EXACTLY what we wanted. Jon diligently worked with us when we returned to CO to prepare for the move in terms of qualifying, lease documentation and execution. Jon was waiting for us when we pulled in to town in the evening and ensured our rental unit was properly "turned" to our satisfaction. In addition, Jon assisted us in contacting the proper utilities and referred us to a furniture store where we bought our furniture, referred us to a dentist, boat storage, etc. - assisting us far beyond his obligation. We found Jon to be a man of intergrity, hard working, personable, friendly, funny and he has become our friend. We will definately be calling on Jon when we purchase our home. We HIGHLY recommend Jon Kroll @ Kroll Realty Co., Inc.!!
