My Rehoboth Beach office, Century 21 Maggio Shields, is located on Rehoboth Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. A quaint seaside town known as "The Nations Summer Capital".

In addition to my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, I hold five REALTOR designations: CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, GRI-Graduate Realtor Insititute, ePRO-a technological designation, RECS-Real Estate Cyber Society and SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Only 4% of all REALTORS in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists. I have the dedication to my career that only 1 in 25 REALTORS has: the experience, the commitment and hours of advanced training necessary to hold this prestigious designation. To earn the designation I have demostrated a significant mix of experience and number of real estate transactions. I am also required to maintain membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and abide by its strict Code of Ethics.
