Jon Rue is the consummate professional! We were living in Nashville and relocating to Austin but did not have a realtor or much knowledge of the area where we needed to live. Jon came to our rescue! He was always quick to respond to my questions, prepared when I was in town to view homes and found different types of houses in our price range. Ultimately, he located the house we now live in and was able to secure a very reasonable price and get all the necessary paper work completed via email and phone (we were not able to fly into Austin prior to choosing our home). Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Austin, TX.
Jon helped me with the purchase of my 1st investment property. I had been looking at houses on the MLS for several months and I was about to give up on my search as every house I liked seemed to be a little out of my price range. I then hired Jon and within a month he found the perfect home for me. Even better, it was in the very low range of my price. I also used Jon to list the house for me and it was rented within 5 days!! Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Austin, TX.
I worked with Jonathan from December 2010 - April 2011. We built a house in southwest Austin and he was great from start to finish. He helped us to pick a neighborhood, builder and even to help negotiate the price with the builder's sales office. We love our new home and think we got a great deal thanks to Jonathan's advice.
