Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Ankeny, IA.
We initially started the selling process of our house for sale by owner. We were on a tight time constraint due to relocating to Omaha, NE and decided to list with a realtor. After 3 months with that realtor, we knew it was time for a change. Jonathon stepped in and demonstrated the confidence we needed to get the job done. He took care of our home while we were located out of state by ensuring the drive was plowed and the house had pristine touches for showing guests that was a welcoming environment.
