Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Hickory, NC.
Jon did a phenomenal job selling our house in N.C. We live out of state and he took care of all the details and kept in contact with us regarding the house. He is very professional and I recommend him highly.. Jon Underwood is the best of the best!!!

Sold a home in 2011.
You may have used other realestate companies first, we did... now try the BEST! Jon Underwood exceeded all expectations and we were more than pleased with his services. Jon bent over backwards to get the job done, I would recommend Jon to anyone and would most certainly use him again.

Jon was always available within the shortest amount of time to show us a home or answer any questions we had. He was professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable about real estate laws. Eager and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help us any way possible.

Jon was highly professional and personable. He asked relevant questions and narrowed our search to those properties that fit our criteria and our budget. He knows his service areas very well and navigated them without difficulty. We plan on using his services in the future. Bought a home in 2012.
After contacting Jon and speaking to him we knew that he was the realtor we needed. He was easy to talk to and explained the process very well. Our son was buying his first home and Jon walked him threw the process. He was always reachable either by phone or by email, It was a very pleasant experience. If we ever need a realtor again or any of our friends or family we will contact Jon.

Look no further! Jon Underwood is the realtor you want and need. Jon found me my dream house here in Hickory. He worked tirelessly looking for the house that met my desires as in price range, size, layout, location, size of yard and overall type of house. He wasted no time in looking at houses that did not fit my "style". He remained positive even after I got outbidded by someone from Charlotte on a house that I thought was "mine"; it was after this when he FOUND the perfect house for me. I am now very happy in my split-level brick home on a quiet dead-end street close to all amenities this lovely city provide its residents.
Jon is a smart, positive, hard-working guy who will do everything possible to his client's satisfaction and success in buying a house. Without a doubt, he is a winner and so are you, as his client. I highly recommend him as your realtor!

Working with Jon Underwood has been an absolute pleasure! Personable, honest, easy going, responsive. Just the BEST! We would recommend Jon to anyone in a skinny second! After only one or two meetings with him, he became totally aware of what we liked and what we wanted, and didn't try to show us properties that were totally wrong for our needs and wants.

we are very pleased with our experience with Jon. he was always available for us either in showing us properties or making offers for us. he went way beyond what we expected. he saved us time by checking out some properties prior to showing us. he was very in tune with our needs. we finally chose a home and we are very pleased with our choice. Jon made the final steps of home ownership very easy for us. i highly recommend Jon in either a buying or selling situation.
