Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Hazelwood, Portland, OR.
The first time we worked with Joni was about 3 years ago. She helped us to negotiate the sale of our home in Salem while we were living in Washington and then finalize the sale while we were across the country. Nothing about the sale was conventional but Joni made it all happen seamlessly. Joni does her research and lets you know everything you need to make a good decision. She always responds timely to phone calls and is super- efficient and proactive. She is not afraid to stand up for you and make things happen. When it was time for us to find a house, Joni was the first person we thought to work with; even though we were buying in Portland and Joni primarily works in the Salem area. Joni readily and easily got into the Portland market and made many trips up here to work with us. She always put our best interest first and was a great advocate.
