Laugh all you want; this purchasing will only get greater with the "wrong people" in Congress and the White House. It has taken several years to get this wrong, and it'll take many more to get it "j u s t  worse".  Kick ALL of Congress to the curb, and make them get real jobs. We could do no worse as citizen lawmakers.
