When I first met Jordan, he set up an initial consultation and it was obvious that he was well versed in Bay Area real estate. Additionally, he has a team supporting him as he deals with enough properties to demand additional help in showing properties and taking care of other administrative tasks. From the moment I went into contract with Jordan, he was proactive in getting me a schedule of when various tasks would be done and when my place would go on the market. He took care of organizing and contracting for getting some repairs completed, the place deep cleaned, and coordinated with a staging company to come in and get it "showroom" ready. He then oversaw the completion of photos and videos that went on a unique website for my condo. Throughout the sales cycle he has always been very responsive to any questions I had, and proposed useful ideas and solutions to get my place sold. Once we had a buyer, the HOA came in and did a compliance inspection, and he responded in getting all compliance related items taken care of. I was located thousands of miles away so I depended on Jordan and his team for support.
