Bought a home in 2006.
I was a first time home buyer looking to purchase a home in Pacifica. I happened upon a Broker/Realtor named Jose Barba. He helped me immensely in finding the right home that suited my needs. Since my purchase , I have gotten married and moved into my husbands home. The home I purchased has proven to be a great investment as Jose told me it would be. I have used his services again and again as he is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, humorous, and definitely a one stop shop. I have used Jose Barba for refinancing my property and property management as well. Thanks to Jose for guiding me into a very smart investment. I look forward to working with him on future investments. I highly recommend Jose Barba and Home Sales Team....it is great to support local business!

Jose is one-of-a-kind! He was born to work in this business, and does it with passion, knowledge and skill. He is a true professional. Jose has gone out of his way to teach us what to look for and help us every step of the way. He is reliable, quick and hardworking. Jose has worked around our ridiculous work schedules and made it possible to get. things. done. Jose is the best and we would recommend him without reservation!!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Pacifica, CA.
I was a first time home buyer, and I honestly didn't know what I was doing or what I was getting myself into except that this was going to be the biggest investment of my life! I really like how he is so friendly, personable and down to earth, but most of all I like that he is truthful and honest. He helped me the whole way and was patient with my million questions- totally breaking down the real estate jargon and explaining and understanding all of my concerns. It get's better... unfortunately after being approved for an awesome loan, and purchasing my home, for some personal reasons I could not move into my new home; worried, I called Jose. Shortly after, we met and he helped me find a tenant!! He really knows what he is doing and is masterful at what he does!

Bought a home in 2009.
I contacted Jose Barba at the Home Sales Team to purchase a new home a few years back. I had a great experience working with him as he would always make himself available. I now live in a home that I love and this is all because Jose worked hard to find me the right home.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Pedro Valley, Pacifica, CA 94044
I was in the middle of sentence on the phone with him and he didn't let me finish and just hung up on me as soon as I said that the price was a little too high for my family. He was rude the whole time i was talking to him.
