Bought a home in 2009.
I cannot say enough kind words about Joe Edwards. I was a first time home buyer and really unsure of myself and the process. We looked at home all over the area I wanted and he even told me the homes, he would not even let me purchase. He walked me through every step of looking and when I found a home, he was there fighting for me everyday. He was with me through every inspection and concern and I still call on him today, for any questions I have. I would never use anyone else, and I have many friends in the Real Estate business.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Hillsboro, OR.
Joe was great to work with. I had recently moved to Oregon a year ago and wasn't familiar with the area. Joe very patiently worked with me as I went through my learning curve regarding what types of properties I liked and didn't like. He was knowledgeable in educating me on the pros and cons of the different areas around Portland area. He recommended the right inspections and was also there for me during the closing process. I settled in Hillsboro and love my new home! Things couldn't have gone smoother! I would definitely recommend Joe!

Bought a home in 2011.
Joe Edwards just helped us purchase our first home this last August. Between our work schedules and our young child it was hard getting out to look at properties but Joe always did a great job at being flexible and helping keeping our little guy entertained while we were looking to find the right house that fit our needs.
In addition, it was helpful having Joe's experience when it came to details on the properties that we didn't know to think of. When purchasing your first home it is a little overwhelming but Joe always put things into perspective for use and helped us remain focused. He, at times, would select houses that we initially wouldn't consider but viewing all of these properties really helped us decide what we did and didn't like.
Joe is familiar with the loan process as well. When things were getting tight on schedule and timing with closing he kept in close contact with the lending company to make sure they were staying on track. He always reassured us that everything would be okay.
We have been in our house for a little over two months and couldn't be more excited and proud of out new home. We would be more that happy to recommend Joe to a friend/family member and use his services again in the future.

Bought a home in 2011.
Well, what can I say.....Joe is awesome!! He's been our agent since 2005 and has helped us buy two amazing homes and turn one into a rental home in Beaverton, OR. He successfully negotiated everything we wanted in both our rental deals and our new home purchase.
One of the best things I like about the way Joe does business is he treats you life family and treats all parties with respect. He works his tail off to find you the home you are looking for and sometimes that means working evenings and always on weekends. He has a ton of connections with other agents, contractors, carpet stores, flooring stores, utility information and much more to help you with your move or relocation.
When we were looking for a new home the second time around with Joe, I really leaned on him to tell me about the different neighborhoods due to the fact that we have young children and a neighborhood feeling was so important to us along with good school and a commute downtown. There was more than one house I found online while doing my search and while it seemed perfect, Joe knew better based on the neighborhood or other information sellers just don't know. I appreciated that he was honest about that rather than just trying to make a deal like other agents.
Joe is now managing my rental property in Beaverton and will continue to be our agent for new purchases and sales.
