Mr. Heller has been responsive to questions I've sent to him re. properties. He seems very knowledgeable about an area we are interested in. He's been honest and good about responding pretty quickly. Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Deerfield Beach, FL.
I own a few rental properties and have used many realtors over the years. Joe Hillner helped me rent a property. He was great. He did a lot of advertising and found me a great tenant. I recommend him highly!

Showed home in 2011 in Broward Highlands, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
Joe is great...I did not realize I would not qualify for a mortgage as easily with all the new rules and Joe didn't give up on me, nor did I realize at first he is also a Mortgage Broker.
Joe didn't blink, showed me what needed to be done, keeps in touch, and knows I will buy in a few months when I'm able. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone.…More Less
