Inspection service.

Joseph did our home inspection a couple of months ago. He said that our home was good to go save a few minor repairs some cosmetic. However since moving into our home we have experienced problem after problem most of them dealing with the plumbing. Apparently Joseph failed to find the fact that our home did not have a pressure valve to control the pressure and since we moved in our dining room ceiling has leaked twice due to the extreme water pressure. This kind of find should not have been missed by an inspector with his exeperience. We have spent over $2000 in repairs in the one month that we have owned this place. He also would not do a physical inspection of the roof and would only use binoculars. After this experience we have realized never to use an inspector referred to you by your realtor. Please don't make the mistake we made.  More Less
