I would recommend Josh Hisaw and his team at Keller Williams for anyone looking to sell their house in the Memphis area. They are very professional and know how to get the job done. We only had two months to sell our house and did not think that was going to be very realistic in the market that we were in. Josh and Michael came through and had our house sold within the first few weeks that it was on the market.

Josh is one of the most dedicated people I know, both personally and professionally. He helped me buy a home almost six months ago (I know I wasn't the easiest perosn to work with) and I’m still so thankful to him for helping me find my perfect home! Josh helped me understand the market, the different parts of town we were looking at, and the advantages and disadvantages of those different parts of town. Josh constantly amazed me with his industry insight & business sense, I learned a great deal from him. Your house is included on numerous internet sights with weekly reporting detailing the number of searches you were included in and the number of click throughs demonstrating interest. Josh helps you review the reports and establish a strategy that will help you sell your property.
