Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Germantown, TN.
We used Josh as a Realtor for our first home together. We explained the importance of the neighborhood, school districts, etc to Josh and he helped us put together a great list of potential homes below our price range and in the right neighborhood. He did such a good job that on our first outing, we saw six houses and ended up buying the first one we saw! Obviously, we were lucky that it was the first one we saw, but I know that that luck was enabled by Josh's expertise in the area and ability to understand what we were looking for in our first home.
I also was appreciative of Josh's honesty about the area/homes, he made sure we knew the things to watch out for (roof, foundation, pool issues, proximity to schools, taxes, neighborhood associations etc) and the benefits as well. By doing so, he was able to shorten the process and we were able to choose a home, offer, inspect, and close on the loan in 4 weeks.
It was the most painless process and I'm thankful to Josh for our experience! Thanks Josh!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Germantown, TN.
I recently purchased a house in Germantown and Josh was my agent. He was very helpful with both finding the right house for us, and with the negotiations. We really appreciated that Josh only showed us houses we were interested in. I would definitely recommend using Josh as your agent!
