I initially met Josh a year ago at a networking mixer. At first, he seemed a bit too unprofessional for my liking, but my wife heard decent things so we went ahead and let him show us a few homes. However, I must say that he was incredibly unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process. Not only did Josh insult the area that we were considering, he bragged several times about how much money he was making per year. This is such a ridiculous review and someone hiding behind a fake user name. If I knew more about the situation I could respond appropriately, but clearly they dont want to disclose who they are. I would never be rude about where someone lives, but I consult and advise with my clients and if someone asks me if I would live there and I wouldnt, then I am not going to lie to them to get a sale. That is a disservice to my clients and unfortunately, there are a lot of agents out there doing that. Too bad this person is so misinformed about the real estate process.

Sold a home in 2011.
Josh was able to help us sell our house in a down market close to asking price. Numerous other homes were for sale before ours in out neighborhood and are still for sale afterwards. Josh was responsive, aggressive and knew what to do to get the sale done. Definitely recommended.
