Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Edmond, OK.
We actually interviewed a couple Realtors in Edmond prior to our friend referring us to Josh. Josh spend 3 hours with us just on the initial interview. After explaining our situation to him, he had an exit strategy put together for us and we hired him the following day. He teamed us up with his lead buyer’s agent in Edmond and we closed on both our current home and new home with his help. Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2013 in Jones, OK.
I know Josh through the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen and I mentioned to him I needed 5 acres, 4 weeks later he brought me a 5 acre tract that fit my needs exactly. I ordered the title opinion from Josh’s preferred title company and had the abstract updated, gave the seller a certified check and I received my warranty deed.
