Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Parker, CO.
Wow, where do I begin . . I bought an investment property at a foreclosure sale and soon learned that I had inherited a myriad of problems. Not the least of these were substantial back taxes, multiple HOA violations and a questionable septic system. Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in Highline Villages, Aurora, CO.
