Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Highlands Ranch, CO.
Josh and Hadley helped me buy my first home. All of us had extremely busy schedules and still Josh and Hadley still found a way to work me in to their schedule around mine. Their knowledge and expertise helped me out of a bad deal and into a great one. Will employ them again in the future. Very highly recommended.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Parker, CO.
Wow, where do I begin . . I bought an investment property at a foreclosure sale and soon learned that I had inherited a myriad of problems. Not the least of these were substantial back taxes, multiple HOA violations and a questionable septic system. Josh and Hadley deftly handled all of these issues and more, and successfully guided me to a profitable resale. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and patience in dealing with these complex issues. I won't hesitate to trust them to handle all my real estate transactions.

My experience with Josh and Hadley was superb. Hadley was always pro-active in providing information and was always very helpful whenever a problem arose. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch agent, and look forward to using them again.

Hadley is very hardworking and jumps on leads immediately. She has helped me purchase (3) HUD homes. Hadley understands the type of places that I am looking for with my fix and flip business. She also brought me a buyer for one of my completed projects.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Castle Rock, CO.
Being a first time home-buyer can be a little overwhelming but Josh and Hadley Ott helped us through the process with ease! We needed to get into a house quickly and they made it possible - making sure that we were 100% satisfied throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions on the homes, the areas, the loan process, the paperwork - they either knew the answers right away or researched and got back to us within a short amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a home! They are professional, friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful people to work with!

They are an outstanding team and a very determined group. They research their client's needs so each visit is an opportunity. Hadley keeps current on negotiation advantages. Josh has a very good eye during walk throughs. They are personable and fun to work with.

I would highly recommend Josh and Hadley Ott to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Not only are they very knowledgeable and extremely attentive to every step in the process, but they REALLY care! That's definitely something you don't see everyday.

Josh and Hadley were our agents when we purchased our home in July 2012. We are very happy working with them and will recommend them whenever we hear that friends or family are searching for a real estate agent.
There are alot of agents out there that DON'T know what they are doing. So, to have these 2 qualified agents watching out for our best interests when the selling agent was doing business as a part-time job made a huge difference. If you are in the "home buying" process its your choice as to "WHO" represents you. There is no choice for who is "SELLING" the property. So my advice is -pick Josh and Hadley Ott...they know both sides and will ensure that the other agent is doing their jobs correctly thus making your home buying process less stressful.
