Gave me a quote on Zillow, but it did not work out. Miramar, FL 33027
Because of an issue with the lender, we were not able to close with Josh, but he certainly earned our business and we were very sad that it didn't work out. Josh is professional, yet friendly, detailed and patient, thorough and attentive. He patiently walked us through each phase of the mortgage process and was able to secure a better rate than any other brokers we contacted on Zillow. He locked the rate that he quoted for us and was consistently willing to go above and beyond, after hours, weekends, whatever it took to make sure we were progressing smoothly. Highly recommended!

Lets just say I called Josh on a Sunday and left him a message & he called me back with in a hour. He preapproved me and sent me a good faith estimate. He is very reliable and quick at getting back. I highly recommend him as an honest straight forward guy who knows his stuff. I have not yet closed on my loan my closing date is mid October.

Joshua attention to detail and customer service was far beyond my expectations.
