Why is there such a disparity in $/sqft pricing between houses within the same areas?

Hi -There can be many variables as to "why" there is a disparity of sqft pricing between properties within your area / neighborhood...My initial thought is the sqft price can most likely can be adjusted if / when you list your property For Sale and post the specs' to Zillow...!? ...However, I'm not certain if there is another option to expedite these adjustments...I presume there very well could be...I always advise and provide both my buyer / seller clients with an appraisal on the subject property to confirm actual market value... ...Respectively speaking Zillow as well as other online real estate forums can sometimes quote skewed and inaccurate property values for a myriad of reasons.An appraisal / comparative market analysis can determine a more definitive estimate in terms of the property market value which will identify the sqft price in comparison to other houses in the neighborhood.Please feel free to contact me anytime to casually review any further details, answer questions and/or request to have me formulate a market analysis on your property, etc.Best,Josh - RE/MAX Professionals

How do you change the status to SOLD?

Hi Nancy,To change the status of the property to SOLD - simply do the following...In your Zillow account - go to your Listings... Under "Listings"...select the applicable property and reference the "cancel" button (next to the "edit" button)...from there you will be able to select the status of the property as well as submit a SOLD price.Congrats on the sale..!Best, Josh

I just reviewed my Zillow account; regarding edit, settings and preferences on listings to provide some insight / answer your question - however did not come across any options to adjust the property tax..!?You might want to consider contacting Zillow direct to ask a tech' / representative if such accommodations are available...Have an excellent day and good luck!

My MLS Listing doesn't show up on Zillow.

Hi Beverly,Congrats on the new listing..!Once you log into your Zillow account - you will need to do the following...1. Reference your "My Zillow" tab on the upper right hand corner of the Zillow website...2. At the drop down menu click on "Listings"...3. You will then click on the "New Listing" option tab...4.
