I learned my work ethic and morals from my grandfather who at one time had the largest Dairy farm in the Central Valley. It may seem like I have an "old school" communication style, in terms of that influence, but I love to explore emerging technology and consider myself more than fluent in its use. I grew up in Fresno, but now, having lived in Santa Cruz for nine years, I feel that I have acquired the hybrid skills of human and investment analysis. When I first came to Santa Cruz my first job was in management at Safeway, where I was lucky enough to quickly move up the corporate ladder. Discerning a strength in analysis, I sought out and found an opportunity at Wells Fargo, where I received extensive training in finance, mortgages, financial planning, and a diversity of investments. It was there, when I began serving high end clients from the San Lorenzo Valley and Scotts Valley on a one- to-one basis, that I first realized I appreciated that personal interaction. A yearning to become a Realtor® emerged and my desire to strike out on my own manifested itself.
Now, after some years of experience as a realtor, I feel I can say that I have true ability for real estate. I love responding to the ever changing climate and challenges. I feel that my analytical ability and negotiation skills are strong, but the thing that motivates me, and sets me apart, is the desire to serve the personalized needs of my clients. It''s the interpersonal connections that become my motivation. My motto is "Your home is my passion,"'' and I mean it. Besides real estate, my passions include my son, Ryder and keeping fit through working out and sports. I''m glad to be on the David Lying team because they help me stretch time, and myself, to the max—by supporting me with incredible marketing and staff.
