Sold a home in 2012.
As a mortgage lender, I've worked with Joss on numerous occasions and his Buyers are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Even if there are bumps along the way, Joss's knowledge, professionalism, compassion and consistent communication are a comfort to the Buyer and they know they can rely on him to get the job done. He always looks out for the best interest of his customers and it is a pleasure to work with him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joss to sell my house. This was my first time selling a home, and Joss was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process. He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to achieve the best result for me. I really felt like he was on my side throughout the entire sale. Overall I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Joss to anyone looking to sell their home.

A good real estate agent is desirable. A GREAT real estate agent is INVALUABLE in a volatile and unpredictable market like the one we face today.

Bought a home in 2011.
Joss was such a pleasure to work with. Purchasing a home is very stressful and Joss was there every step of the way to help. He is a wealth of knowledge and is up to date on today's market.
