Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Puyallup, WA.Summary:
Joyce is a family friend. She has helped my husband's family several times. She found us a home within our tight budget that went far above and beyond our expectations. I will definately recommend her to my family and friends.

Sold a home in 2012.Summary:
Joyce Lowe is an excellent Realtor and one I would readily recommend. Her name was provided to me from a Realtor in southern California who, sight unseen, identified Joyce as a top producer.
When I contacted Joyce I was many months away from preparing my home for sale but she willingly paid three different visits. I live 45 minutes from her office but she came and showed me how to stage furniture and furnishings as well as what improvements to consider making and which ones were probably not worth the effort.
Her confidence that we could sell and sell in a timely manner for a fair market price was very encouraging. When it came to finally put the house on the market Joyce brought a large number of her own props and for free, staged the home in a beautiful way.
Next she paid for a professional photographer to come and take a series of indoor and outdoor shots that did a marvelous job of showing the best features of the home and property in a very complementary way. These photos she then used to build a virtual tour for internet access and she listed the home on a dozen different realty websites. In a few weeks she had also taken the time to built a customized web site featuring just our home! Nearly all home buyers begin their search online and to be successful a Realtor and home seller have to top quality photos and internet marketing presentations to attract buyers, and Joyce works hard to achieve this.
The tool she uses automatically provides weekly metrics on how many people are viewing the materials online. We used this in making strategy adjustments, exactly what the tools is designed to enable. All of this was arranged by Joyce and she collaborated continually with us to fine tune the information and how it was presented.
Another marketing tool Joyce offered to create was a single customized book on the property which listed all the schools, stores, commuting options and many other things of interest to buyers. We left this on the counter for visitors to peruse and it will be given to our buyers. So marketing is one of Joyce's real strengths, and she continually takes real estate classes to stay current on important matters.
The other thing Joyce does so well is to assist a seller with their thinking. She's a realist and a good businesswoman and she is able to offer advice and counsel on matters such as pricing and sale negotiation that reflects a lot of firsthand experience of what works and what doesn't. She is able to keep a sale from falling apart too by helping a seller from inadvertently making mistakes and from keeping the buyers and buyers' agents focused on the positive.
I certainly would recommend Joyce to friends and to others. As a matter of fact, I already have encouraged three different friends wanting to sell to contact her.
