Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Boise, ID.Summary:
Joyce has represented us in selling two homes and buying/building one. She is the best!! She is very professional, keeps everything on schedule and makes the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wouldn't use anyone else. You won't find a better realtor than Joyce.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Collister, Boise, ID.Summary:
I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. We were moving from the Washington D.C. area and wanted to buy our house in Boise before we moved here. I flew to Boise in the afternoon. Joyce picked me up from the airport and we started to look at houses. Over the next two days we looked at over 30 houses! Joyce made me feel like she had no other clients.
Her knowledge about Boise and it's housing market is phenomenal. She knows the geography of Boise, the value of houses, and all the tidbits an out-of-towner needs to know incredibly well. She is personable and so easy to work with. I felt like I had made a new friend at the end of the two days.
She understands lenders and the loan process extremely well. She helped us save money in our loan process and advised us throughout the whole process. She seemed to make it easier for us and our lender.
She is a skilled negotiator. She negotiated a fair price and many extras for us from the buyer.
This was the third house I have purchased. I have never felt as well represented as I did when I had Joyce as my agent. She was there and very engaged from the beginning to the end, and even beyond -- I feel like I could call her now with any issues about our home.

Also, when it came to the final negotiations with the seller, Joyce turned around questions, concerns, inspections, etc. in lightening time. I was NEVER waiting on her; she was caring care of all the roadblocks before I ever knew that they were there.
If you want a realtor who will work to get the most out of your home or get the most for your money, you can count on Joyce to do that for you. And, she'll make you laugh and have a good time while you do it! She's the best!…More Less
