Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Joyce didn't have to be told twice about my wishes for the home I was looking for. She showed me only the houses that met my needs, and steered me away from ones I thought I wanted to look at, because she'd already been there and knew it wasn't what I was looking for. Joyce didn't waste any of my time, and I loved that!
Also, when it came to the final negotiations with the seller, Joyce turned around questions, concerns, inspections, etc. in lightening time. I was NEVER waiting on her; she was caring care of all the roadblocks before I ever knew that they were there.
If you want a realtor who will work to get the most out of your home or get the most for your money, you can count on Joyce to do that for you. And, she'll make you laugh and have a good time while you do it! She's the best!…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Boise, ID.Summary:
Joyce has represented us in selling two homes and buying/building one. She is the best!! She is very professional, keeps everything on schedule and makes the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wouldn't use anyone else. You won't find a better realtor than Joyce.

Joyce is extremely knowledgeable in the Boise and surrounding areas housing market. She is incredibly professional, and precise in every detail from the beginning to the end of a purchase or sale. Her clients are always her first concern. She responded immediately to all of our questions and concerns. The home we purchased began as a short sale but ended up as a foreclosure, and as messy as that process is, Joyce handled everything right down to the closing.
