Out of the three real state agents I went through to find a home, Juan Duran was cleary the best. I really appreciated how he did not pressure me to buy one of the first several homes we laid eyes on. We spent two weeks looking at countless homes until I found the one that fit my needs, at the price I wanted, in the location that was ideal for me. He even discouraged me on several homes that I was interested in because he new that the home value, community, and access to local conveniences was not what I was looking for. In other words I was not getting the bang for my buck. Yet he could have easily sold me those homes to get his commission as most predatory real state agents try to do. In fact Juan sold me a home that was 25k cheaper than a home I was willing to purchase because it fit my needs. You tell me of any other agent that would be willing to take a hit on his commission like that to take care of his customer? I was most impressed on how Juan assisted me in the closing process and noticed a financial error that would have ran me an additional 10 thousand dollars that should have been deducted before closing. A mistake I would have never noticed. To this day I can still call Juan for any questions I have pertaining to my home, and he will track down the answers for me when he doesn't have any responsibility, or obligation to do so. He definitely goes above and beyond to put his customers into the right home at the right price. I definitely would take my business to Juan again in the future.

Sold a home in 2007 in Rio Rancho Estates, San Ysidro, NM 87124.

Mr Duran was very impressive to us from start to the end, He was very professional and showed us what we wanted in our range. Mr Duran being very young surprisingly has a lot of knowledge of the area and is up on top of all the stuff you ask for and delivers what you need.
