We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Gavilan Hills, CA 92570
I contacted Juan and started with a great conversation. I was ready to work with him. He gave me some knowledge on the house I was looking at selling. He said give me a call if you would like to continue to work with me, and that was the end of our conversations. He never returned any of my phone calls after that. I was very disappointed! If he did not want the listing he could have just said so instead of not returning calls. It was very frustrating!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Hawarden Hills, Riverside, CA.
I highly recommend Juan Rodriguez. After making very little progress with our initial realtor, we turned to Juan to complete the short sale of our house. Juan provided excellent feed-back of the process and assistance in completing the necessary forms and providing the information for our complicated sale. I will be using Juan when we buy our next home.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Canyon Crest, Riverside, CA.
Juan and Johanna were wonderful in helping us through a short sale. They made what could have been a complex process very manageable. They were both knowledgeable and helpful. They were also incredibly responsive to all of our questions - and, we had A LOT of questions. They were always prepared with an answer and were so patient with us. They were also friendly, which was a nice bonus to help calm our anxiety throughout the whole process.
We have heard about bad experiences with short sales and we were dreading it. But, Juan and Johanna made ours surprisingly easy. We recommend Juan and Johanna without hesitation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Orangecrest, Riverside, CA.
Juan Rodriquez is a great, intelligent, experienced, and informative agent that makes your buying a home a process without a doubt easy and comforting. Juan's local knowledge of the surrounding areas led us to our Orangecrest home where we reside currently. We certaintly felt the crunch of this economy and roller coaster ride for the last 4 years and with Juan's help we were able to full fill our dream of owning a home again to provide for our familia. Nothing that I can say can express the gratitude we have for Juan and his family which he has given us the opportunity to be home owners once again. For me to give someone a referral has to earn our respect and trust, which takes alot of effort from their part, so for certain if your looking for someone to represent you with your home purchasing or sale, Juan is your agent!

Juan is a very knowledgable and professional realtor. He took us out on several tour of lots of neighborhoods during our house purchase and was very patient with us. He understood our requirements and he was very upfront and candid with us. We've bought a house, sold a house and also leased our property through him, and everytime we had a great experience.

With the loss of my father and then having to put up the family home on the market to be sold. Juan helped make the transition to run smoothly. I lived out of state while the house was on the market. Juan kept me updated as to every aspect of the sale of the house. He always kept me informed as to where he was ie...meetings and out of town conferences if I should need to contact him. He was quick to return all of my calls in a timely manner. He was supportive of me and understanding while I came to terms with selling our beloved family home. In every aspect of all transactions of the sale of our home, Juan kept my wants and needs to the forefront at all times.This was a difficult time in my life with the loss of my father and then the selling of the family home...Juan showed true compassion to me while I was dealing with my loss. He is an honorable man in the true sense of the word. on his representations and disclosures geared towards my main goal, that was to find the best house that fit my budget. He was truthful and open, and his suggestions and advicewere true and reliable. I would love to do business with him again in the future, and this is true because I asked him to manage the house that I bought thru him mainly as a rental.
