Working as a preschool teacher and being a divorced mom, I found my income level was not enough to become a homeowner in the Southern California housing market. My hopes of ever owner my own place had vanished. When the prices in the housing market started to fall, I became more hopeful as to my ability to become a home owner. I met Judy Hannon when my friend , who was in the process of purchasing a home, and I went looking for open houses. We walked into one of Judy's open houses. I spoke to Judy and eventually she became my agent when I was finally ready to purchase a property, over a year later. It was about 18 months later when we finally closed on an offer. I am really thankful to Judy for sticking with my for such a long period of time. Other agents, I found usually only want to deal with a buyer when you are about to buy. I also found out over the 18 month period that Judy was a very honest realtor. I was given false information by other realtors more than once. When we finally did get an offer approved, my lender fell through and Judy found me another lender and we closed within 15 days. So here we are...Finally a homeowner, the last in my family to become one....I feel like Judy helped me through the process and kept my spirits up....becoming a homeowner can be a very stressful process....Thankyou Judy..I strongly recommend Judy Hannon as a realtor for anyone in the process.
