Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.025M in Corte Madera, CA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Sausalito, CA.

When I first bought my condo, I had the pleasure to work with Judy LeMarr. I initially was working with a different real state and realized that was not going to work. Judy came recommended to me through my loan broker. I could not have been happier with Judy. She walked me through all the documents, accommodated the deliverables to my hectic schedule and represented my interest at all time with high degree of honesty. Not knowing much about the real estate market back then, I felt I was in very good hands. Judy was very competent and knowledgeable.

At the end of 2012, I had to sell my condo to be able to afford a family house. Not only the market was awful and the selling prices had dropped below my original purchase price but most important, I was living out of the country. Judy made the transition really easy for me. She was very professional at all times and went above and beyond of the expectation. We did most of the paperwork via Docusign and communicated via email. Despite the 9 hours difference that separated us, we worked very well and efficiently. She would send me the documents and gave me a deadline when to have them back. In addition, my place needed some touch up and Judy graciously offered to take over that extra effort. She contracted directly the plumber, the electrician, the cleaning crew and prepared the place for the open house events. Additionally, I set up the bar high and the amount I wanted to get was much higher than what the market was ready to pay for. Judy’s extraordinary knowledge of the real estate market and her negotiating skills made it possible.

Judy’s experience as a buyer’s and seller’s agent together with her negotiation skills were invaluable to make it happen. I can’t emphasize enough how much help and support I received from Judy in addition of the price I was asking for. Hadn’t been for Judy, I would have not been able to sell my place from 6,000 miles away at the price that I wanted to get.
