Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Temecula, CA.
Judy, is a dedicated and diligent agent for her clients. She takes her responsibility to her clients very serious. She makes herself available based upon the timing and needs of her clients. She drove me around from San Diego to Temcula to look at prospects for my buying a condo or a house, weekends and/or evenings. I ended up bidding on a short sale. Judy was with me all the way, such as accompanying me to the house for the inspection. In the middle of the process, she located an excellent broker for me who was as diligent. Since my knowledge of buying, selling and negotiation in buying a home is entirely lacking, I was relaxed and comfortable with Judy in my corner. She not only helped with the purchase of my home, she noted my needs which included convenience to shopping, security and transportation. Judy is poised, respectful and generous. I have recommended her to as many people as I come across who are looking to buy. You could do not better than to have someone as honest and patient as Judy Peeples in your corner.
