Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Upper East Side, New York, NY.Summary:
Judy Saunders did an outstanding job handling the difficult assignment of marketing and finding someone to buy our apartment contingent on our going to contract on a larger unit. She succeeded in keeping the deal for our place alive for more than two months while my wife and I tried to purchase the larger one. When our purchase failed to materialize, Judy saved the day by quickly arranging for us to see another apartment she had just listed....and helping us negotiate a firm deal within an hour. She managed to put this transaction together despite the fact that she was travelling out of state! To make this all happen, she had to know exactly how both units should be priced, be an effective negotiator and have the confidence and trust of all parties involved. After helping the parties sign contracts for both deals, she secured all board approvals and arranged back to back closings that transpired without a hitch. What a great job! Sold a home in 2012.Summary:
I had received mailings from Judith for many years prior to listing my Cooperative Apartment for sale and based upon her reputation and volume of sales in the building, I intended to list with her when the time came. My expectations were more than met. She brokered a sale in 4 days and though it was a complicated transaction, brought it to a successful conclusion with the interests of all parties fulfilled. It was, in fact, two separate sales closed back to back.
