Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $1.3M in Palo Verde, Palo Alto, CA.
We got to meet Juliana by blessing of some kind, we were looking for a house in the Los Altos are because of the greenery which we like and have been driving around on weekends to various open houses. Our very first meeting was visiting a house listed for sale by Juliana, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous when we first met here at the listed house. ever since that first meeting we were learning everything about the bay area, the micro climates, the neighborhoods, places to go, etc..... and most importantly how real estate works in the bay area, nothing like other places we have learned. pretty amazing about the craziness out here, yes, we moved here from out of state. Any way Juliana trained us well on how to bid, bid and finally bite the bullet is went for it for the house we wanted. Let me share that it is not easy to adjust to the bay area ways of buying a house to live in, we endured with Juliana's expert knowledge, patience, guidance - we have been living in the house we bought with Julian's help for the past 5+ years and are still very happy that we went with her.
