Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in West Valley, Boise, ID.
Julie Cendejas' professionalism, knowledge and genuine interest in others make her a successful agent. By success, I am referring to customer satisfaction as well as her own fulfillment in helping others find what they are looking for, a home! She left no question unanswered, regarless of how simple it may have been. She understood our needs and found us a home that completely satisfied us, and that met our expectations and lifestyle. Perfect house. Perfect location. Perfect Agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in West Valley, Boise, ID.
When we decided to buy a house, we were nervous about finding a Realtor that would suit us well. We had a list of “must haves” that would be difficult to find within our budget. When we found Julie Cendejas, we hit the jackpot! She is knowledgeable, patient and her communication skills are absolutely incredible.
Julie’s skill is remarkable. She showed us countless properties and remembered everything we liked and disliked about each one of them. The entire time we worked with her, we felt like we were her only clients. What really separates her from the competition is her communication skills. She responds to emails and text messages quickly, she explains things thoroughly and she is always working in the background to make sure there are no surprises. Beyond that, she communicates with everyone else involved just as well – a benefit that we had no idea was so important!
After several months of looking, we found the PERFECT home for us at the PERFECT price. We never felt rushed or like she was giving up on us. Buying a home can be stressful on so many levels, but Julie makes it easy!

Bought a home in 2012.
I had no ideal when I found Julie that buying a house would be so easy. I found her on the internet and gave her a call. She immediately got my information and began sending me properties to look at via email. She also set me up with a lender who was extremely efficient. I am a truck driver and live my life on the road. I have very little time and I am constantly on the run. I guess I got lucky when I got a load coming through Boise with a little extra time on it. Julie was willing to come and pick me up at the truck stop and take me around to look at houses. It didn't take long before I found the house of my dreams. Julie even raced back to the office to get the paperwork drawn up before anyone else could place an offer. Julie is very trustworthy and down to earth, yet extremely professional. I felt totally comfortable every step of the way even though my knowledge was sorely lacking. She has kept me updated and handled every minute detail from start to finish. I couldn't have ask for anything more. All I can say is if your in the market you will not be sorry if you call Julie Cendejas with Keller Williams.

Julie ROCKS--She went above and beyond and even "took us back"after my husband gave up and tried to move us to South Dakota!! She was willing to let us look at houses 2 and 3 times over. She will help you find the perfect house, YOUR perfect house, with no pressure. Thanks Julie!

Bought a home in 2012.
I was recommended to Julie by one of my coworkers and she has been AMAZING to work with. Throughout the build process she kept me updated on everything, and I never had anything to worry about. I am very appreciative on how hard she worked with the builder to get exactly what I wanted. When I had any questions she responded immediately. You can tell that she cares about each individual as she has even checked on everything a couple weeks after I signed on my house! I would recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be working with her again.

Julie is an absolutely AMAZING realtor! She went beyond the extra mile to help us sell my mom's house. She works around the clock and has access to the best resources the Treasure Valley has to offer. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We would never have survived without her! Bought a home in 2012.
Julie was GREAT to work with. I never needed to ask for anything. She listened to what I wanted and went to work to help me find it immediately. The 3rd house I looked at was the house I bought and absolutely love. Thankfully, she found it and took me to view it immediately as these homes don't stay available very long. She was also able to give me a few names of individuals to assist me with issues such as moving a weight gym. I was very pleased with both individuals she recommended for a couple different jobs that I needed completed. Thankfully, she only reccomends the best! Julie also takes the time to answer your call or return it immediately. If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and easy to work with professional, give this lady a call. You won't be disappointed!

Julie is incredible to work with. Her knowledge of what was available in our price range was perfect and more importantly, she got to know us and our taste in homes very quickly. Her attentiveness allowed her to concentrate our time on homes she knew we'd like. We found the perfect home, thanks to Julie. We LOVED working with her and should we ever move again, we'll use her again. We trusted her so much that we recommended her to a family member and she helped them find a perfect home as well. She's very detailed in her work and communicated with us every step of the way!
