I find Julie Hanigan most helpful. She explains in detail any question you may have. She makes sure you understand all issues of the sale and closings. I would surely go to her again for any real estate issues.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Holiday, FL.
I first met Julie in Feb 2012 while looking for a house. When I decided to make an offer on one that was empty, I thought it was gonna be a easy transaction. I was wrong, it turned out to have many issues with the seller and turns out that there was a mistake on the title which caused a probate
situation. The course of the transaction was longer than I expected it but Julie handled every detail with great success and made my job so much easier.The time involved was almost 6 months start to finish but it was worth the wait, and I saved a lot of money on this deal because of Julie. In turn I listed my old house with her and she was able to have it sold in the first weekend it was offered. That closing went very fast and now I just have one house to deal with and owe Julie lots of gratitude.
