Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Peoria, AZ.
We were very happy working with Mark and Julie when purchasing our new home. They listened to what we were looking for and worked very hard to find the right house for us. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Valley.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $375K in Sun City West, AZ.
Julie is the most organized realtor I know. She goes out of her way to help you. My experience with her was exceptional. I highly recommend her. If you are a fellow Canadian she is the one you want to represent you as she knows all your requirements. We are very happy with our purchase. She's a Canadian too eh! With Mark being an American you get the best of both worlds. You may be considering another realtor that may be good.....but you won't find one better.
