Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Wharton/Hawthorne/Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
On her very first tour of my home, Julie gave me a ton of staging suggestions. I made all the (inexpensive) changes she suggested and, not only do I want her to decorate every house I live in from now on, but my house SOLD IN ONE WEEK. I was amazed. Bought a home in 2012.
I'd initially contacted Julie to view one of her listings, and when the layout didn't work for our family she asked why and quickly prepared a set of listings that nicely met our atypical requirements.
She's very knowledgeable, super responsive and efficient, and went to bat 100% for us during a last-minute issue with the seller's bank records so that our closing could happen on time. For viewing appointments she sent us about 20 filtered listings online, and then we could look through and choose which 6-8 to set up appointments for. For first-time buyers like ourselves I'd recommend either being prepared to move very quickly (we saw a house, had 1 round of negotiation, and offer accepted within 36 hours) or specifically mentioning that you have a longer timeframe -- Julie is ready to get down to business, and when she does, she's a great expert to have on your side.…More Less
