01/08/2013 - user1349043Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Wharton/Hawthorne/Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
On her very first tour of my home, Julie gave me a ton of staging suggestions. I made all the (inexpensive) changes she suggested and, not only do I want her to decorate every house I live in from now on, but my house SOLD IN ONE WEEK. I was amazed. My experience with Julie, start to finish, was excellent. She is knowledgeable, straight forward, no nonsense, and super responsive. I would recommend anyone looking to sell to trust her with your home. I am so happy I did.
Response from Julie
I'd initially contacted Julie to view one of her listings, and when the layout didn't work for our family she asked why and quickly prepared a set of listings that nicely met our atypical requirements.
She's very knowledgeable, super responsive and efficient, and went to bat 100% for us during a last-minute issue with the seller's bank records so that our closing could happen on time. For viewing appointments she sent us about 20 filtered listings online, and then we could look through and choose which 6-8 to set up appointments for. For first-time buyers like ourselves I'd recommend either being prepared to move very quickly (we saw a house, had 1 round of negotiation, and offer accepted within 36 hours) or specifically mentioning that you have a longer timeframe -- Julie is ready to get down to business, and when she does, she's a great expert to have on your side.

I met Julie totally by chance when I called her office about a property I saw online. Despite the fact that I knew I had to do it, the thought of buying a house in this market really stressed me out. But Julie made process not only enjoyable & relaxing - but actually fun! We love, love, love our house & couldn't be happier. I felt like she managed every piece of the puzzle well & made us feel like it was all very seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would def recommend!

Julie is absolutely the best. The second I met her, I knew she would be the perfect person to guide me through buying my first place. She was patient with my rediculous questions, very layed back, a weathly of knowledge, patient with my overzealous family, and some unforseen situations that arose on closing day. Plus she made the process really fun. She did whatever it took to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout this entire process. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Julie!!!

Julie Arrick was a wonderful realitor. She devotes so much time , attention and experience to her client. She devotes so much time with finding the perfect home and never gets frustrated with the client. She spent almost 10 months assisting us every week . There were so many times she would show us 5-8 houses in a day. She always give ideas and adds a personal touch to finding a prefect house. Julie would always provide honest opinions about a house not just trying to get you to purchase it when it was not worth buying. Julie is a professional and dedicated realitor .

I enjoyed working with Julie - especially how well she got to know me and therefore my needs. Found a house within 3 months and I LOVE where I live - both location and home. Julie was always available for questions - both live and via email. She never tired of my relentless questions, or my sometimes-picky needs. I enjoyed working with her and have recommended her to friends.

Let me begin by saying I can not recommend Julie enough!
I began casually looking at houses because a friend just purchased through her. I was immediately comfortable with her process and she took the time to find out exactly what was important to me.
She took my entire "wishlist" , found several houses that fit most of the criteria and showed them to me around my schedule. We found my ideal house and she explained exactly what I was getting for my money.
Overall she was very professional and she double and triple checked I was comfortable with the details and I never felt any sales pressure.
If you are considering purchasing a house- use Julie. She did a remarkable job and I will use her for an future needs I might have.

Julie worked extremely hard to find the right place for me searching in several areas of the city looking for the best place and the best deal, often showing me places just so I can get a feel of the neighborhood and price range. During this time, she never hurried me through the process. I really felt that she wanted me to find the best place for me.
Once I settled on a place, Julie was fantastic in facilitating the process which was made more and more difficult at every turn by outside influences. Julie often went out of her way to get the information/papers needed to keep the purchase moving forward yet carefully navigated the personalities to ensure that she received the most cooperation from all parties involved.
I've worked with other realtors in the city and Julie is one of the best. She knows the areas of the city, knows the properties but most importantly she will keep searching and showing you places to ensure you end up in the home of your dreams.
