Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Santa Maria, CA.
I was a tenant in the home that was listed, and the owner wanted a quick sale. Julie made it easy on the owner who lived out of state and my family who were the tenants. She was considerate and went out of her way to throughout the whole process. She helped find an investor that was able to keep us in the home as a tenant so we didn't have to move by negotiating a one year agreement on our behalf. Julie also helped my niece who was living with us.. find a rental for her family of three kids a perfect location and price. Julie has gone over and above the call of duty and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home because she is not only honest and professional, she truely cares about the customers and parties involved to wants ensure that at the end of the day everyone is content.…More Less

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2012.
Having Julie as my Real Estate Agent was great. No matter what the challenge that we confronted with the selling of this home, Julie remained undeterred and relentless in finding solutions for me. Julie is a great agent! She helped us sell in just 3 weeks! We needed hand holding and advice, and she came through for us!
Julie responded to all phone calls and emails either immediately or in very short time. She even came out to the house several times to bring us documents to sign. She is happy to utilize email and the modern communication if you want, or to do it the old fashioned way.
Finally, she is a good, tough negotiator who came through when a few odd things were thrown at us by the buyer.
Highly recommended to everyone. Julie made the process extremely painless.…More Less
