Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225k in Fishers Landing East, Vancouver, WA.Summary:
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. While searching for a new home she listened to everything I wanted and found exactly what I was looking for.
At the same time she knew the right marketing strategies to sell the home I was living in at the time when short sales where everywhere and since mine was not a short sale and higher priced than the comparable comps.
