We are so glad we found Julie! She is the best realtor in Clark County. She has been our realtor for 6 years. She has helped us with several transactions. We appreciate her integrity and her work ethic. She is also very respected by her peers.

As an advisor, Julie knows exactly when to guide, and exactly when to give you space to make decisions, without exerting any sales pressure whatsoever to go a certain course. As a liaison with the bank, Julie's connections are priceless, because having relationships with real people at a seemingly-faceless institution gets to success in a short sale. As first time home buyers, it was quit intimidating for my husband and I to even know where to begin with such a process. I am so thankful to have found Julie, I cannot say enough great things about her. She was extremely helpful in showing me around town (as we moved from out of state) and once we were set on an area we wanted to buy she put all her effort into finding us the perfect house. What I loved about Julie is how honest she was, it made all the difference in the world and was truly appreciated by my husband and I. Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Fishers Landing East, Vancouver, WA.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. While searching for a new home she listened to everything I wanted and found exactly what I was looking for.
At the same time she knew the right marketing strategies to sell the home I was living in at the time when short sales where everywhere and since mine was not a short sale and higher priced than the comparable comps.
I highly recommend Julie.

Julie is very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with her on the short sale of a condo. All it took was a phone call and before I knew it the deal was done and papers were being signed. She made the process so easy and is really great to work with.
