Julie is a highly ethical, professional person who is willing to take how ever much time is necessary to prepare your home for listing. She is personable, adaptable to your needs and flexible in working with you. Of the several homes that I have listed and sold, working with Julie was by far the my best experience. Julie was very helpful to us in every way possible. She was always very accommodating with us, especially in communication. She went beyond her role to assist us. Being single and naive about the business of real estate, I could have very easily been taken advantage of; however, Julie ended up becoming a friend that I totally trusted and depended on during the process. This sure-footed realtor's recommendations for presenting my home as well as the pricing proved to be right on target. I could not believe my home sold so quickly. Julie was very aware of my needs, including special times and viewing by appointment only. She was very thorough in explaining the process to me and what I could expect. She was also very supportive, as I was handling most of the business myself due to my husband being out of town. This was my first time handling this much of the process. She was frank, yet personable, and cared about us as human beings. She was knowledgeable about our area and even helped find a great contractor for some work we needed to do on the house. We highly recommend Julie for either selling or purchasing a home.

Our first meeting " getting to know each other" went extremely well. Julie was professional, courteous & made me feel at ease by asking pertinent questions & LISTENING to what I was answering/saying. Her attitude made me feel like I was her only client (which I know was not true re: she had several homes listed). She responded to my questions quickly, appropriate & kept me informed during the entire process. I actually had 3 contracts on my house before it sold: The first contract was with a couple with 2 small children (I really wanted them to get my home), their home did not sell & based on their agent's discussion with Julie & the information she shared with me, I elected to dissolve the contract. The second contract was with what we thought was a great contract when at the last minute (literally), the buyers withdrew on the day we were to close. The third contract was the final one & closed 10 days early with Julie facilitating the paperwork with the buyers agent, title company & helping me long distant (I had moved to Oregon during the second contract process). The listing & sell of my home happened from June 2013 to October 1,2013. So much happened that could have been stressful but Julie explained, facilitated, encouraged me & on moving day, even help me pack my car for the drive to Oregon. JULIE was GREAT!!!!

Julie Harris was the perfect agent for me because of my inexperience in real estate sales. She advised me every step of the way to enable me to make wiser decisions and to ready the property for selling (preparation for inspectors, curb appeal, staging landscaping and the interior). The house and property were stunning and had a lot of appeal, thanks to her advice, her expertise, her encouragement, her honesty, and her patience. She received a serious offer in less than 24 hours. Closing happened in less than two weeks. This calls for celebration! I highly recommend her.
