Found a tenant for a home in Selhaven, Jupiter, FL 33477.

Courtney handled the seasonal rental of my property for the past two years. She and her associates are very professional in every way. She has very thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

I called Courtney to inquire about hiring her as my agent after reading many favorable reviews of her service on zillow. She was immediately very abrupt on the phone, as if I was bothering her. I asked her a few questions about Palm Beach Co real estate (I am an out of state buyer). She seemed annoyed. After a few minutes, she said "Is this enough? Do you want to move forward or can I move on to someone else?".

She clearly knows at least a minimal amount about local real estate (she didn't spend enough time with me to know more than that). But I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism. Perhaps I caught her on a bad day, but inexcusable.

I remember this very clearly. The call came in just after 9am, about 20 mins before a scheduled listing appt. I had one foot out the door, but turned back to take the call. I ALWAYS TAKE TIME TO SPEAK WITH NEW CLIENTS! I was told this was an interview & asked how to balance purchasing a 2nd home in PBG that could be used as a vacation rental. Easy to answer since our office manages hundreds of rentals. Our landlords entrust us to provide the best guidance to maximize ROI. We provide construction & cleaning services, rent collection, pay tourist tax, online advertising, etc. Calculator in hand, I did an overview of seasonal vs off seasonal rates, annual carrying cost, how to positive cash flow in the RIGHT neighborhood. I had been taking notes during our call. I explained that I had another appt & asked enough info was provided to move forward. This call was a job interview. I asked if I got the job! I didn't but wished her luck in her search. Still do.
