Never heard from this person! When I did hear from her - It was do to the fact I had another agent call. It took close to 14 days/2week for this to happen. At that time I learned the property had an offer submitted.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Rialto, CA.
Unfortunately the beginning of our home buying process was anything but smooth. The first agent that was assigned to us had very poor communication skills, being a first time buyer this was a very big and very scary step for us and the lack of communication was a very bad experience through this process. Thankfully we were referred to Janet Urive, from the first point of contact if was a very informative and enjoyable experience. There wasn't any info she knew that we didn't. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, from the offers that were going out to the responses she was getting from the sellers. We would have to say the only good thing (besides our great house of course) that came out of this situation has been our great agent Janet. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Fontana, CA.
As first time home buyers, my sister and I had absolutely no idea where to start and what exactly to expect. During our initial contact, I was already very pleased with how genuine and enthusiastic she was to help me throughout this process. She immediately got me in touch with the lender and always kept me updated with the progress of everything. While looking at homes, she quickly caught on the characteristics that we truly want in a home.
