I believe certain componets are inperative in becoming a successful real estate agent;  first and foremost, the necessity to be a "People Person", one must enjoy getting to know people, perceptiveness of their needs, wants and likes plus patient understanding that much can change several times during the course the relationship.  Second, continuing education, knowledge of the market both local and globle, staying abreast of the economy, financing practices, "tuned in" to trends, styles and property values.  Third, stay on top of techonogly, it is the core of marketing, constant contact....not only with clients but in the fast paced communication network.  Flexible work schedule, ability to be available 7 24s, get back to your clients as quickly as possible, even if you don't have all their answers.  Always let them know you are working for them, make them feel that you are working for them alone...always, always be available.

My skill set covers all of the above in addition to the ability to stage properties, work with design decisions on new projects and have a creative eye were money is an issue with listing properties.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Traverse City, MI.

Bought a home in 2013 in Baxter, Kingsley, MI 49649.

We recently moved here from out of state, we had very little knowledge as to what areas, schools, etc that we wanted to look for. Beccy and Ashley were more helpful than I could have ever imagined a Realtor being. Anytime we wanted to see a house they were right there to show it to us, they were able to answer questions about different areas, schools, etc that were very helpful in our decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home. They listened to us when we explained what we were looking for and within a month found us our perfect place. Showed home in 2013 in Cherry Bend, Garfield Township, MI 49684.

Not much else to say except not impressed. More interested in commission then truly helping people find their new home. Didn't listen to what our wants were, showed homes that were typically 'her' listing first (more $$ in her pocket, hesitant to show homes we requested to see?!?) Bottom line? We went elsewhere (another company altogether) and couldn't be happier. She also asked us to complete this review the first day we met!! Fortunately, I wanted to see proof before I wrote a review. I'm assuming that is the only way she has such high marks - others are impressed with first meeting (as were we) and left review then. Would love to hear what they have to say post-purchase/sale of their home. I imagine the review would be similar to this one. Anyway, she needs to find another job.  More Less

First, must say, I am so sorry you took away this impression of me....I pride myself on putting my clients first working very hard to find the right property for them. With that, I believe whatever you thought to be a request for a review is incorrect, never would I ask prior to putting an offer together so confusion there. Without knowing who you are it is difficult to defend myself, but regardless, I am so sorry you took away this impression of me. My success is based on Excellent service and attention to detail for my clients.
