I have used Christine for several months now, she has been extremely responsive, She shows excellent local knowledge and has gone out of her way to help me with CMAs for several homes. She is gracious and knows Brevard areas and housing markets well. You cant go wrong picking her as an agent.

Christine was fantastic!I have already recommended her to other family members!I would not have my house without her help. She is a great realtor.She does not push you in one direction or another to get the sale and tries to meet your needs to the best of her ability.She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Additionally, she is always quick to respond to any questions and if she doesn't know she finds out!She was a great help in a rough closing!

Helped me rent a Condo home in Satellite Beach, FL.
My wife and I were moving in from out of state and had very little time to find a new home. Christine was extremely helpful with providing listing recommendations and was quick to respond to all of my many questions. Our original intent was to purchase a home, but when the options available at the time didn't work out, Christine quickly transitioned to helping us find a home to rent.
We'd definitely recommend her if you're new to the area and need some good advice about the local area.

Christine is a very good realtor one of the best we have ever worked. She is a charming, cheerful and knowledgeable person. She tries very hard to stay to get back to you. I would recommend her.

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Christine to work with in purchase of our new home. She was very helpful, answered all our questions along the way and was alway very prompt at getting back with us. We felt as if the line of communication was always open. Christine has such a positive attitude and was such a joy to work with that we will soon be asking her to list our previous home to sell. We would highly recommend Christine to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Bought a home in 2011.
I called Christine on short notice and she went right to work for me. Christine was great at understanding my needs and wants in a house. She did not waste my time showing me homes that didn't fit my desire. She was always patient and willing to work with me. I felt no pressure from Christine at all. I will use her to buy my next house and I would highly recomend her to anyone who needs a realitor.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Christine. She listened to all of my wants and needs, and found me the perfect home only 2 weeks into my search! As a first time homebuyer purchasing a foreclosure, I had A LOT of questions; and Christine was there to answer every one of them. And when the title company- selected by the seller- began to drag their feet, Christine stayed on them, and refused to let them delay my closing.

Extremely responsive and courteous! Christine and her broker helped me purchase a house in Melbourne, although when I started my house hunt I wasn't sure where I even wanted to live! Christine carefully described the pros and cons of each city on my list in Brevard County, and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. We still ended up looking at a lot of houses, but Christine was very accommodating to my hectic schedule and was always professional and courteous, even when looking at houses late at night. We eventually found the perfect house and they took care of almost everything from there. I'm sure I would have been unhappily searching for weeks without their help.
