Hey hey Zillow Friends,
My name is Justin and I am a single dad of two wonderful little girls. Ava is 5 and Gianna is 8. I work hard to insure their happiness. Now ya now my motivation, so whats in it for you to hire me as your real estate agent? I'm in this for the long haul. I've been licensed since 2002. Last man standing from my real estate licensing class. I'm a fierce negotiator, my sales practices come from real life experience combined with a little Ari Gold & Don Draper. Why else? I am a firm believer in paying it forward and a student of Tony Robbins courses that have helped me improve my ability to deliver outstanding experiences to those around me which insures happiness and prosperity all the way around. Still not sold? I have the access to deals many other rookie agents aren't getting. Ten plus years in the business means I have good contacts with banks and lenders asset managers in their foreclosure departments. They send me the requests to value their potential foreclosure properties. This means I see what new bumper crop of foreclosures are coming and I have the skill set to get the unheard of deals before they are public. A few of my transactions include discounting homes up to 70% or more and we aren't talking the potential knockdowns. One example was a $700k 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home I negotiated to $280k. It was a new construction barely 6 years old on a man made lake in a popular south Jersey subdivision. The banks call upon me because I service all 21 NJ counties for them and have access to the MLS for the whole state. As an asset manager who is already insanely busy, why break up your portfolio of NJ foreclosures when you have a direct go to source that you can delegate to. Thats me.
Now ya know whats possible with me as your fiduciary. Let me tell you what I require. You have to be pre-qualified or have proof of funds to work with me. I'm not like the other agents who will taxi drive from house to house with no direction. You obviously are considering the largest purchase in your foreseeable future, so I treat this with the respect it deserves, my clients should as well. People who wish to attain a desired result in my profession set themselves up to succeed. I will insure you have every tool you need to get the home or investment property you want. Be prepared, real estate markets are currently a minefield and the process can be quite fluid and frustrating at times, but that is why you hire me to shield you from that for the most part. Any rookie agent is only going to frustrate you more when the going gets tough. Do yourself a favor and make sure you just put the great white in the shark tank.
