We would like to take a moment to compliment this awesome mother and son team, fortunately we were lucky enough to have been referred to them thru a good friend. We are so grateful that we took their recommendation 3 months ago my husband and I found ourselves in a desperate housing situation. So we contacted another agent, this person had been a long time family friend, we felt that they would have our best interest at heart. We are sure if they had been more qualified in the area they might have been more helpful, but that was not the case. Instead we found ouselves in a bind.We thought it would be a buyers market with plenty of homes to choose from, but due to the recent financial loses we found a sea of foreclosures and short sales good deals for some, but nothing that would work for us. We were so frustated we finally did what we should have done all along, we contacted Sabrina and Justin. We spoke on a Sat. morning, explained our urgent time crunch, what we were looking for in a home and where we stood with our loan process. Sabrina was so nice and understanding she really listened and in one short conversation she put all our fears to rest, we planned to meet that very day, she was conducting an open house that afternoon, so we met in person, hit off immediately and planned to meet the next day or so after she had time to match us with some homes to look at. We met at the perfect house thats right the perfect house it was in a beautiful new area that we never even knew existed it was a brand new house and best of all and most important it was in our price range. We have puchased a home in the past its a long process as we all know, so never in million years did we think we'd be walking into our future home on the very first try, but that's exactly what happened. This house was everything we had asked for. It met our criteria and it was in our price range. Thank goodness! We had wasted so much time with the other agent. Just for good measure we did look at all the homes on the list that day. But in the end we went with the first house. The process can be painstaking but we were not alone Sabrina and Justin were there for every question, every set back, every meeting. So today 2 1/2 months later, two weeks from our deadline we are happy new homeowners. We are moved in and moving on with life . We are so glad we listened to our friend and so grateful to know Sabrina and Justin. They are such hardworkers and go-getters that really do have your best interest at heart they will get the job done and do it right even if it seems impossible. Everyone out there that has been hesitating to put your house on the market due to fear of no takers please reconsider, the tide IS changing in the real estate world. But regardless if you are buying or selling contact this wonderful team we recommend you don't waste another minute.

This team makes the stressful process of buying a home much less stressful! Justin also wasn't afraid to play devil's advocate when I was willing to sacrifice quality and location for price. He was truly a trusted advisor during my home-searching process.
