Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in El Cajon, CA.
Mr. Roberts was very helpful in finding us a house. He is knowledgable and very professional of current sales in the local area. Mr. Roberts was always curtious and understanding to our needs. We would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in El Cajon, CA.
We had never met or heard of Justin before so we weren’t sure if or how he would be able to help us. What convinced us to stay with Justin was his knowledge and dedication. Despite of how busy he always was he was always available by phone and via email. He was always professional and we never felt pressured by him in any way. Because we had lost our house five years ago we weren’t sure how easy it would be to buy again but Justin pulled it off and we are very grateful for that. The entire process was easy and Escrow closed right on time. We would most definitely recommend Justin to our family and friends!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Otay Mesa West, San Diego, CA.
Justin Roberts was accurate, knowledgeable, fast and dedicated. We needed to purchase a home soon and within two months from starting the search we received the keys to our wonderful new home. Justin made sure to cover all bases and met everyone of our needs and requests.
We definitelly would recommend Justin to our family and friends. If you want results contact Justin Roberts, I am sure you will not be disappointed!

Bought a home in 2012.
As a first time home buyer; Justin made this process a great experience for my husband and I, explaining every step along the way. If we had a question, he was always there to answer it. Since Justin is not only the real estate agent, but the loan officer as well; Justin handled virtually everything. The whole process required very little effort from our part. We would recommend Justin to anyone! We had a great experience, and would go back to him any day!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Lakeside, CA.
I'll start by saying that this was me and my girlfriend's first home purchase so we were absolutely clueless on the ins and outs of the process. Therefore, I needed a realtor/loan consultant that could expertly guide me through everything. Good thing she found Justin.
We originally started looking at houses just to look, without a plan to buy at the moment. This situation could probably cause a realtor to become really pushy and aggressive with his sales tactics but Justin was real laid back and helped us with a no pressure approach. Good for both of us cuz I really hate the pushy salesman type of mentality. He showed us the houses that we wanted to see and brought a couple of other suggestions, one of which, my girlfriend fell in love with. We eventually put in an offer on the house. Even though it didn't work out for us, Justin did everything he could to help us with that process. He was in constant communication with us and was available to field questions even at late hours (past 11 P.M.).
When we found another house, the one we just bought, he made the process seamless. The only hold up in closing was the seller's fault and Justin worked/negotiated so that we were able to move in on the original date that we expected anyway so...awesome.
On top of that, he was able to give me a great interest rate with the majority of the closing costs paid (I also had another great option that would have paid the full closing costs).
Overall, he is professional, very prompt, laid back, extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market to even look at a house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $700K in Alpine, CA.
Justin was great to work with! He made our first home buying experience so smooth and seamless that we have already recommended him to several others that we know that are in the market to buy. It was so easy to have Justin not only as our agent, but our loan officer as well. We always knew what was going on without having to call anyone but him. I highly recommend Justin, and although we plan in staying in our home for a very long time, we know who to call if for some reason that changes! Thanks Justin

Bought a home in 2013.
Justin was a pleasure to work with. We knew that he was not the type of realtor who was "just out for the sale" when he would point out things (e.g. HOA, Mello Roos fees, pointing out a cracked slab, etc.) to help us stay within our budget and make sure we were getting what we wanted. He was always available for questions (even while he was on vacation). I would recommend him to any of my family, friends and co-workers! He did a great job and is extremely knowledgeable about the area and his job.

Justin was AMAZING! He ALWAYS made himself available for viewings, phone calls and contractors/inspectors/etc. He helped us purchase the home AND secure financing (very difficult on a flipped home), he went above and beyond what was required of him to secure a deal on the home we purchased and he ALWAYS did what he said he would do.
Justin's style was perfect for us. He didn't call (bother) us to schedule viewings or see if we were still interested in buying a home. He was VERY low pressure. He gave us the information we requested and then waited for us to ask for more info or view a home. Once we decided on the home we wanted, he worked all hours of the day to get the offer submitted, deal with the negotiation, secure financing and deal with ALL of our concerns. In short, Justing was GREAT and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
