Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Gardendale, AL.
When my Husband & I first started considering "The Big Move" we were very hesitant and fairly nervous about the entire Listing Process. The two of us also couldn’t help but wonder "what if our house doesn’t sell?" Or even worse; what if the sales price ends up being far lower than what we need it to be. Luckily, a close family friend recommended that we meet with a knowledgeable REALTOR named Justin Whitworth of Realty South. From day one, Justin made me and my Hubby feel comfortable and never once filled our heads with unrealistic expectations involving the Sales Price of our home. Mr. Whitworth diligently researched comparable properties in the area & shared his findings with US, so that we might better understand the going $$rate$$ for homes in the Gardendale area. OUR home was listed in mid October 2012 and is still actively listed for sale. I have no worries however, because my Family & I genuinely trust Mr. Whitworth's professional opinion. Justin checks in with me on an every-other-day basis; & has also connected US with a qualified Mortgage Lender who is helping us to better understand the type of investment we should make when it comes to the purchase of OUR next HOME. Justin will be no doubt be our AGENT for the next purchase also; which only goes to show that he is a trustworthy individual who truly does look out for what is in the clients BEST INTEREST. OUR vote is for Mr. Whitworth—A young, honest, dependable & compassionate Agent who has become a dear friend throughout this sometimes stressful process.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Birmingham, AL.
Justin has helped me with many real estate transactions, I couldn't imagine dealing with another realtor. He goes the extra mile to accomplish my goals as both a buyer and a seller. Very easy to get in touch with and ALWAYS has a solution to a problem. So if you're In need of a realtor in the Birmingham area, give Justin a call!
Justin helped us find the perfect home last spring! We were new to Birmingham and we had no idea where to even begin looking. He was professional and knowledgeable and he made the whole process easy to understand. We would highly recommend him!
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Quinton, AL 35062
We only talked to him a couple of times. We still have not found a home for our daughter yet. Even though he seemed like a nice polite young man, did he not take us seriously since we are in California trying to find a home in Alabama?
Response from Justin on 04/21/2012
I would like to apologize to these potential clients from California. I remember talking with some folks from California, &
followed up with them. Sometimes it's hard to distinguish scams with legimate clients. Once again I apologize to these potential buyers & would be honored if they might give me a call or I will call them. My number 1 priority is to make any &
ALL potential clients happy. Please allow me to redeem this incident, and hopefully I can prove that I am the Realtor for YOU.
About a year ago I moved to Birmingham from South Florida. Without Justin, I don't know where I'd be. I had a very short time to decide where to live (3 weeks) and wasn't even able to visit before I moved. I put 100% of my trust in him to help me find the perfect apartment. Justin directed me towards the apartments that best met my criteria and I ended up deciding on a great place that I couldn't be happier with. Justin was very reliable, flexible with my schedule/timeline, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about the city. It was apparent he genuinely cared about making Birmingham my new home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Birmingham and surrounding areas.
I was in the process of trying to find a temporary place to live in Birmingham and Justin was a great help as far as find ing exactly what I wanted and in the price range I was looking in. I am now looking into purchasing a house and I will definitely be using Justin as my real esate agent. Justin is very hands on and seemed to be on top of the entire process
