If you are looking to buy property in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley or the area of Bryce Resort in particular, we highly recommend of husband and wife team of Kate and Kevin Brennan. Their team approach turned out to be valuable to us. We had had our eye on a property for awhile, but because it had been on the market for quite some time, we felt no need to make an immediate offer. That quickly changed one morning when Kate called to tell us someone else had just made an offer. We had to move into high gear if we also wanted to make an offer. The seller's agent agreed to Kate's request to wait a couple of hours for our offer to be presented. As Kate had another commitment, Kevin immediately met with us to help us arrive at a figure and submitted our offer. By that afternoon, our offer was accepted. Throughout the process, Kate kept the details moving. And her attention to detail did not end at settlement. She provided us with a lengthy list of trades people we might need for the maintenance of our house and acreage and even the names of neighbors to help us get acquainted.
