Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Lenexa, KS.
Scott was our agent for selling our old house and buying a new home. He is really great to work with. You can always get a hold of him, and rely on information provided. He has gone extra mile while selling our house (like changing light bulbs, removing dead tree, etc.). Always cheerful, professional. He listed our house on every real estate web site, did open house twice, arranged for realtors tour to stop by - all in 12 days that the house was on a market (yes, we sold it that fast :)). In this economy, it is important to have great marketing, and presentation; Scott helped us with both. He was also excelent in negotiations, I felt he had our back. Scott is an honest and knowledgeable person and he is very friendly. As a first time home buyer he was just the mentor I needed. He helped me find financing with better rates from plaza mortgage. He showed me many homes on Overland Park / Olathe area and every time he was there before me checking the place for issues. He even worked for me during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Bought a home in 2011.
Scott was just amazing - he stuck with us through a painful short sale that lasted almost six months and was always there when we needed him. We looked through a lot of properties and his advise was absolutely indispensable! Once we got down to the right house, he fought tooth and nail for everything we wanted and more! His knowledge and expertise saved the deal on numerous occasions (especially since the seller's agent wasn't up to par with the process) and I truly believe that Scott was the reason why we got our dream house - without him, this would've never happened!
